Nursery & Landscaping

Stockholm Gardens was established in 1987 on an old farmstead located in Stockholm, Wisconsin. At that time we made a commitment to grow plants using organic methods, to produce high-quality perennials, herbs, heirloom vegetable starts, and unique trees and shrubs.

Our sales area is centered around an historic barn, garden store, large display garden, and greenhouses. We carry ceramic pots, garden accessories, gifts, and furniture. Part of our barn is devoted to selling a wide variety of antique and vintage items.

We are located at W12014 Highway 35, the Great River Road, approximately 70 miles southeast of Minneapolis/St. Paul. To arrive from Minnesota, we are 45 miles from the Mississippi River bridge at Prescott, Wisconsin, 23 miles from the bridge at Red Wing, Minnesota, and 18 miles from the bridge at Wabasha, Minnesota.

Our nursery is approximately 1 hour travel time from Hudson, Menomonie, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin, as well as, Rochester or Winona, Minnesota; La Crosse Wisconsin is approximately 1 1/2 hour travel time.
